This huge family-friendly festival takes over Bendigo’s beautiful Rosalind Park and surrounding streets. Be in the hunt for 100,000 Easter Eggs on Good Friday, find a treasure at the massive Rotary Market, enjoy hands-on activities and performances especially for kids, see the drums and Lion teams as part of the city’s Chinese heritage celebrations, and attend the huge Easter Sunday Gala Parade where Dai Gum Loong, the world’s longest Imperial Dragon, weaves his way through the historic streetscapes of Bendigo. A truly spectacular festival that dates back to the 1870s.

Well established caravan park. Close to gardens and centre of town. Ensuites spotless. Even have a heater. Great for 1 degree morninhd A quiet park. Great for relaxation!

Wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here more than a dozen times over more than 15 years and can honestly say that it's probably one of our favorite parks. The layout is superb, it's close to the Botanic Gardens, the Mill and some great pubs. The staff are always friendly; the park is always clean and has plenty of activities. It's a hidden gem and one we will just keep coming back to in all seasons. Credit to the owners past and present it's a pleasure to visit.

We stayed in the Safari tent. Big4 Castlemaine is a great place for family's and kids and your doggo too. It's safe to let them explore and have fun. Staff we're friendly and accommodating. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. It's a great opportunity to meet and make new friends.
