Our enchanting new Sensory Garden is a beautiful space for young and old alike!

Unwind on your holiday and connect or reconnect with nature by visiting our small oasis, where guests can connect with the sights, sounds and scents of nature and enjoy quiet time out. It highlights our proximity to the beautiful bushland and gardens that surround the park, and offers a special and accessible place for play, relaxation and simply taking in the views.

The garden is especially popular with children. They love playing among the stones and rocks of the dry creek bed, hopping across the logs, enjoying a storytelling adventure during school holidays, or simply touching and tasting the range of local flora and fauna and enjoying the music of the wind chimes.

We hope guests enjoy the garden and return to watch it grow and develop over the years.

Wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here more than a dozen times over more than 15 years and can honestly say that it's probably one of our favorite parks. The layout is superb, it's close to the Botanic Gardens, the Mill and some great pubs. The staff are always friendly; the park is always clean and has plenty of activities. It's a hidden gem and one we will just keep coming back to in all seasons. Credit to the owners past and present it's a pleasure to visit.

We stayed in the Safari tent. Big4 Castlemaine is a great place for family's and kids and your doggo too. It's safe to let them explore and have fun. Staff we're friendly and accommodating. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. It's a great opportunity to meet and make new friends.
