The park also has a range of accommodation options for couples, families and groups including comfortable studios, luxury glamping and spacious villas. We have powered and non-powered pet-friendly sites suitable for caravans and tents.

Accessible Accommodation
An accessible villa is available and rated Qualified Independent Wheelchair User and Qualified Assisted Walking by Accessible Accommodation Australia. The three-bedroom villa can sleep up to eight people and has an oversized accessible master bedroom.
Designed to make it easier for a mobility-impaired guest to enjoy their holiday the villa has:
- Extra-wide doorways for easy wheelchair access
- Over-sized master bedroom suite
- King-size bed (can be fitted with bed raisers if required)
- Large bathroom with walk/roll-in shower with hand and grab rails
- Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with room for a wheelchair or mobility aids and access to dining tables
- Wide accessible parking with level (step-free) access at the villa entrance

Reception Access
Reception is located near the park entrance and is well lit. There is one step at the entrance. Staff are available to assist guests if required and flexible check-in options are available.
Communication Options
Guests can communicate with our team via telephone, email, SMS or face-to-face. Contactless check-in is also available.
Assistance Animals
Registered assistance animals are welcome at the park. Food and water bowls, towels and blankets can be provided on request. Please let us know in advance if you will be travelling with an assistance animal so we can support your stay.
Quiet Spaces
Guests can enjoy a peaceful break in our sensory garden, a private space designed for relaxation and connection with nature.
Our Hub Workspace provides a quiet adult-only space for working, reading or relaxing. Portable ramp access is available on request and there is an accessible bathroom.
Social Script

Connectivity
Mobile reception is generally available throughout the park depending on your provider, and free Wi-Fi is available within the park.
Caravan and Camping Facilities
We have a large, dedicated family wheelchair-friendly and special needs bathroom for use by guests as required. There is an additional ambulant shower and toilet cubicle within the main male and female amenities.
Our powered and unpowered sites are suitable for caravans, campervans and tents, and are pet friendly. Our team can assist with requests where possible for quiet sites near facilities such as amenities or the accessible bathroom. Arrangements may also be made where possible to assist with parking or caravan set up.

Our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive experience for all guests.
Reception is open 9:00am to 5:30pm and can be contacted on 03 5472 1125.
Staff are available 24 hours a day, and guests can contact us for emergencies outside reception hours on 0438 896 695.
Our team can assist with:

Our customer-facing staff have disability awareness training and are familiar with all accommodation types and facilities within the park.
